How to check if my Engine Oil is authentic from Liqui Moly?
We would like to notify everyone to locate the batch number on the Oil bottle and Carton as above before you make any purchase, if you are not able to locate it, please consult from the workshop and if it is not visible, please take a picture of the workshop signboard and inbox to us via Facebook for us to take action.
As a sole distributor in Malaysia, we will take legal action against the parallel importer. We advise the public to be cautious as Liqui Moly we will not be held liable for any claims to it.
Please be reminded the quality of warranty and after-sales services are compromised considering the fact that the owner of the trademark in that export country or their licensees may not support goods that were purchased through parallel importing channels.
