1. Search for the Product on Shopify search bar or in LIQUI MOLY store & click on it.
2. On the product page Click Buy Now and leads to Shopping Cart page directly.
3. Click on check out then make payment.
4. After make payment pls contact 010-8028181 for google form process
5. The seller will send the e-service partner voucher to the end user through courier service.
6. The end user is required to contact customer service (contact the seller).
7. The end user must provide details as below:
i) Name
ii) Email address
iii) Contact number
iv) Car plate number
v) Preferred area to service their car
vi) Type of car
vii) Date of service appointment
viii) Time of service appointment
8. The seller will notify the end user regarding servicing arrangement.
9. End user shall attend to workshop according to the appointment date and time and show the e-service voucher partner to LMSVP.
10. At workshop end user can choose original filter and add on 1 Liter engine oil with additional chargers (these additional charges need paid to workshop).
11. Start service.
12. Upon service completed, end user is required to sign Installation Order (IO) and e-service partner voucher and return to workshop.
13. Make payment if got additional 1 Liter & original oil filter.
